We had a bathroom remodel performed by Atlas. William (Billy) and Tom were both involved. They were very professional. They were mindful of our home as it was winter during the remodeling, taking care to place tarps on our floors leading to the bathroom. There were a couple of bugs that came up during the remodel, but were taken care of in a timely manner and to our expectations and satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

I had a shower/tub install by Zach Gierada with help one day from James Oliver. Both of them were amazing. They were polite, hard working and was apparent took a lot of pride in their work and were a high quality representative for the company. Atlas Home Improvement should be happy to have such employees. I was worried as larger home improvement companies can have less quality workers but that was not the case at all, which was a huge relief. The job took a couple days longer than expected but honestly to expect a tub shower in 2 days is not realistic and they worked on a Saturday to get it done. I thank them both and would recommend them highly to fam and friends and will use them for future jobs. Thank you again, Zach and James!! All your hard work is much appreciated!!! 😊😊😊

This is our second time using Atlas. It was a great experience, starting with our salesperson Jon Conn. Joey, Chad and Darren did an excellent job on our shower installation. We are very happy with the results.

John was prompt, clean and knew exactly what my house needed (sump pump)We purchased a brand new Zoeller pump, which has redundant testing. Despite this, it failed to operate and Lowe’s gave us a headache about returning it. Despite this, they eventually replaced it and the replacement fire up right awayHighly recommended

Just finished a guest bath shower conversion with the new premier stone composite product line (customer #1 I believe). The results exceeded my expectations, a total transformation to the shower space and character of the bathroom itself. Chris and Darren were professional, detail oriented, and timely. Great experience so far, moving onto a 2nd bathroom next week!

In October I had a shower remodel. It was not the typical renovation presenting a number of challenges. I have waited about six months to post a review of this job because it was complex (at least to me) and I wanted to see if there were any issues after the job.First, the master installer, Mike was absolutely amazing! This man is an absolute craftsman, he is not a shower installer, he is an outstanding carpenter. This job took three days. After each day, the bathroom was left cleaner than he found it. Even though I told him that he did not have to pack everything up and clean up, he ignored me and left the job each day in perfect cleanliness.I could not be happier with this job. Mike did an outstanding job, no leaks, and everyone that has seen the job is amazed. Atlas Home Improvement and Atlas Home Safety has very competent, skilled individuals on their staff that answer all questions and address all concerns.Note to Atlas management, I hope Mike gets credit for the job he completed in October 2025 because I did not submit this review until 2026. I understand that at the end of the year, there are awards, etc. As noted above, I wanted to proof the job before giving an online review with my name attached.Six Stars! Thanks, Mike for an outstanding job, don't know how appreciated you are.

We just finished Phase 1 of our bathroom remodel. This involved removing our old tub/shower and replacing it with a new shower. James Oliver, Zach Malott, and Chris McFall were our installers, and they were professional, knowledgeable, and careful to clean up at the end of each day. We look forward to Phase 2, which will complete the full remodel of our master bathroom.

We are so happy with our new bathtub! Joe and James did an awesome job and finished ahead of schedule!

I had my walk in shower redone by Atlas Home Improvement, and I must say so far I'm very impressed. But what most impressed me was the installer, Joe Grimm. I thought it was going to be a whole team of guys at my house doing the work. Well to my surprise, it was just Joe. But he worked by himself, nonstop for two days. The first day tearing everything out and the second day installing and finishing up everything, plumbing and all. If I didn't see it for myself, I would not have believed one man did that in two days by himself. I would hire him any day to do work for me.

We had a shower conversion in January. Our installers Zach Gierada and Patrick White were above and beyond our expectations in every way. 5 Stars Plus!

We had Atlas install gutter helmets embedded with heating wire around our front porch to prevent ice dams. The work was performed by Rick, Cody, and Ryan. The crew were punctual, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend Atlas and this crew for your home improvement project.

(Feb 2026) We had a damaged tub drain, not the fault of Atlas, and also needed some calking redone. Service tech Darren was wonderful. He answered my questions, explained issues to me, and did a top-notch job on the work. I continue to rate Atlas at 5 stars.(Jan 2024) We have been so pleased with the work that Atlas did for us (see below) that we contracted with them for new gutters and gutter shield. Installers Rick, Kam, Gavin, Nate, and Simon did a great job and completed the work quickly. A couple of hours after they were done we were hit with a major snow storm followed by a 2-day power outage, so I haven't had the chance to see the gutters and shield in action yet, but on my initial inspection everything looked great.(Dec 2023) Here is a 2nd follow up almost 2 years after our original work. We recently had a scratch show up on the upper lip of our tub. Not knowing if there was an underlying structural issue, I asked Atlas to send out a technician to take a look at it. Quality Control Manager Dave Ford came out for what I thought would be a very quick "check and advise" visit. Dave spent more than 2 hours trying to buff out the scratch. (It's better but not completely gone.) He also did a little recalking and took care of a couple of other little issues. There was no charge! Our next project around here will be our gutters and I will certainly be contacting Atlas for that.(Aug 2022) This is a follow up to our initial review shown below. After some significant supply chain delay, not the fault of Atlas, the phase 2 of our bathroom remodel has been completed except for some back-ordered towel bars. We are extremely happy with the results. Eric H's guidance on material and color choices was very helpful. Installer Andrew R. was really the best. He was extremely polite, listened carefully to our concerns and requests, and was meticulous with his work. Once again, cleanup each day was better than we have ever had from previous service personnel. The project was not inexpensive, but we feel that the results are well worth it.Original Phase-1 Posting:We are very pleased with our tub and shower installation. Installers Evan M. and Dan S. were courteous, skilled, efficient, and did a great job. Cleanup was better than anything that we have previously had from service people.

Had a wonderful experience with Zack G He was ontime, answered all my questions and was very efficient. He kept me informed on the progress of the bathroom shower. I would definately use Atlas again.
