The entire project from quotation through final acceptance went entirely as hoped. The Ryan Huntley the sales consultant came to the house with all the samples and was able to determine the type and size of the unit that we would need. All the materials were made and supplied by Jacuzzi. I was pleased at the selection and quality of the materials. Procurement of the materials took longer than I had hoped due to back orders and supply chain issues. However, I would receive a phone call every other week updating me on the status of my project which I appreciated. The installers arrived at the time and date we had agreed upon to start the project. The crew leader Chad Provenshe did an outstanding job with his team of Justine and Dokota in protecting our floors and carpeting to assure there was no damage during installation. The entire project was completed in 2 days and the workmanship was outstanding. I couldn't find any detail that I could complain about! At completion Chad reviewed all the operating and maintenance items and patiently answered all my questions. This project was a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend Atlas Home Improvement for any household project. read less
