We purchased a Jacuzzi tub to shower replacement through Costco. Atlas Home Improvement was the company Costco contracted through. The young man they sent to perform the work was Patrick White. We were extremely impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and overall work ethic. He did an exceptional job and everything was exactly as ordered and promised in our contract. We definitely recommend this young man and company. We hope to use them again.

I just want to thank you for having two professional installers : Thiago Olivoira and Paulo who gut and installed a new Bath and Shower. Their task was not an easy one because I had rusted pipes and old tile that had to be removed. When they completed, everything was cleaned. We recently had a bathroom remodeled by Atlas Home Improvement. We encountered some communication issues getting started which was disappointing then some issues with installation including a two day no show for the installer. I called Brian that sold us the package and there was immediate response. The next day the project manager Ken and an installer Jack were here to inspect the project. They agreed there was a problem with the installation and Ken assured us all would be made right. All problems were addressed expertly by Jack Kuijawa. He did a great job and now they are remodeling our other bathroom. When they guaranteed we would be happy with the outcome they meant it.

Recently, Atlas Home Improvement was out to the house and redid my master bathroom. We went from I couldn't get into my tub or shower to a walk-in tub and a new larger shower. The fold down chair in the shower is a dream, as it isnt always in the way. Plus, the grab bars are in the right spot. I have functionality finally and it's safe. The walk-in tub is a dream. I can't speak enough about the tub. I have always been a bath person, as many parts of my body are damaged and the warm water is soothing. I have not been able to get in or out of a tub in years. I am finally safe. I do not have to worry about falling, I have grab bars to assist in standing up and the heated seat is a the cherry on top. To top this all off we completed the flooring and replaced the cabinetery and toilet, so it is taller and less room for falling. I love my new bathroom. There was a team of 10 guys who did the remodel and all of them were polite, (ma'am) even after asking not to. I would like to shout out a few who were rockstars. Zac P.,Christian P., Jack K., and Patrick K. I had an operator error moment with the sealing of the tub and Dave Ford came out to ensure I knew how to properly seal the door without, leaking or damaging it. Every person I dealt with from sales to order submission, scheduling and install was easy to talk to and able to get back if they didnt know the answer. 5 GOLD stars for this group. Thanks again!!! I know it took a while for all of my components to come in, but they are worth the wait!!! P.S., it looks even better, but I have not taken a picture with the new door on yet.

We contracted with Atlas Home Improvement to tear out our tub and replace it with a walk in shower. We also contracted for Pase Two which involves a new vanity and counter top. Our project started on Sept 10, 2025. It was a bit of a slow start . I had to contact the company that morning to find out who was coming out for the demo. Once they arrived the tear out went smoothly. On Friday the 25th we received our "on the way call" and Patrick White arrived promptly. He did tell me first thing that our shower doors did not have the correcr trim and would not be installed that day. He said the doors should arrive in about a week's time and we could request him to come back for the installation of the doors. Patrick worked without stop that day and did as much as he could. He did realize he would have to come back Saturday morning to finish and asked what time would work for us. We said 7AM and at 7AM on Saturday he was knocking at our door. Patrick did great work and everything looks beautiful. He explained all the features of our new shower and answered all of our questions before he left. Patrick is a polite, professional and hardworking installer. I would recommend him to anyone. I would recommend Atlas Home Improvement for your shower renovation. I do hope our doors arrive this coming week and also look forward to our vanity and countertop renovation which is currently scheduled for October due to vanity being on back order. It is easy to contact company staff and they do seem responsive to questions and concerns.

Had a complete bathroom replacement. New ceiling, floor, walls, tub. The whole shebang. While the job took considerably longer than quoted, the craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. There is not a thing I requested that was not welcomed with enthusiasm. Thank you Chad Lange and Stanley Jackson.

Aaron Couture did an excellent job at presenting Atlas and the Jacuzzi line of products for our bath remodel. He understood our objectives, provided a clear plan for the project, financing options and schedule. We are satisfied customers in the early stages of our project. Update: Our project just completed and we are very satisfied with the results. The demo went smoothly over 1 day with inspection the following day. Installation was on day 3 plus 1/2 day on day 4. The finished product looks great. Zach was exceptionally personable explaining the process, the operation of the shower hardware and ongoing maintenance. He showed a high level of pride in the work he performed and wanted us to be satisfied customers...we are very impressed and will recommend Atlas to friends considering the same work.

The best part was our installation team of Nelson and Tiago! They work so hard and efficiently. They cleaned up so well we had nothing to do when they were done! I am giving 5 stars because of the GREAT job the installer Matt Spencer did on my bathtub/shower instillation. Matt went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He answered all of my questions (and there were many) and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the process. His buddy Chad also came and made a small adjustment that made a big difference as well. Every worker that entered my home was friendly, polite and I felt comfortable letting into my home. The project started out with a longer wait time than I was told by the sales person, HOWEVER, it was worth the wait !!! The communication with the office was an issue at first yet that seems to have improved as well. I guess I would say the process was not 100% smooth but what in this world ever is ? The final result gets 5 stars !

I had Atlas remove a fiberglass tub/shower and replace it with a walk in shower. Patrick and Ryan did a terrific job! I am very happy with the results.
