Lead Coordinator / Confirmer
This is an important inside office position requiring many skill sets. We are looking for a person with great communication, computer & organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and confirming leads from multiple sources. Experience in inside/outside sales, canvassing and or telemarketing a big plus.
We seek a “take-charge” money-motivated person with great communication & people skills. This is a permanent full time position in our office – with genuine growth and promotion opportunity.
We intend to fill this position immediately.
Knowledge and experience in the Home Improvement Industry is helpful, but not required. Candidates with minimum 3-5 years experience in one or more of the areas below are encouraged to apply at once.
- Marketing/Advertising Experience
- Manager/Supervision Experience
- Canvass or Literature Distribution (in the field)
- Trade Show/Event Exhibition Experience
- Telemarketing Experience
- Inside or Outside Sales Experience
- Current or Former Small Business Owner

The Lead Coordinator is responsible for coordinating lead generation and production from many sources including:
- Customer Referrals
- Show/Event Exhibits
- Showroom/Mall Displays
- Telemarketing
- Social Media
- Websites
- Canvassing
- Inbound lead calls from print media
- Inbound lead calls from TV/Radio
The Lead Coordinator is responsible to respond to the next day appointment needs of the sales department. You can liken it to the concept of filling the “dance card” for the sales department – so that our professional salespeople have a full quota of leads to run for the next day.
Requirements & Conditions of Employment:
- Established resident (not in process of moving or currently out of state
- Local, 30 minutes driving time (or less) to our HQ in Whitmore Lake
- Education: some college preferred but degree not necessary
- Solid, real world experience is necessary
- Upbeat, Outgoing, Positive personality
- Self-starter & self motivated

- Articulate with great communications skills: verbal, phone, writing

- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
