Atlas Home Improvement, LLC is located in Whitmore Lake, MI and in Farmington, MI. We are a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar, family-owned company in the Building Products & Home Improvement Industry. Some of our products are nationally advertised and recognized. Other products and services are proprietary, developed in-house, unique and available only through us. We have aggressive goals for this year and that’s where you come in!
Job Description: Base Plus Commission Sales
Our salesmen average a ‘close rate to demo’s issued’ well above industry averages. The Company will supply at its own expense, high quality leads that are confirmed before issue. These new positions exist because of additional territory and new products and services offered. We seek 3-4 professional, career-minded, goal-oriented Salespeople that can help us grow and who can grow with us. As a Mid-Level applicant you should have 3-5 years of successful selling experience as a commission salesperson. Ideally, your experience will be in the home at the kitchen table. You should be comfortable and understand first call closing.
We will also consider high level candidates that have a good attitude, five or more years of direct sales experience – who are still trainable. By “trainable” we mean that you are willing and able to incorporate our proven presentation and close methods into your presentation. If you believe you have heard it all before, will not incorporate our training into your presentation and will most likely default to what has worked for you previously – then you are not trainable – so please don’t apply.
We have continuous and on-going training. We will train you to present and sell several Home Improvement products. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of residential construction terminology and practice. Candidates who reside in OaklandCounty will be perfectly placed – logistically – to our sphere of influence which is Livingston, Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb and Wayne County.
Requirements:
- Local resident and U.S. citizen (not out-of-state or moving-in process)
- Some college preferred but not absolutely necessary. More important is real world experience
- A flexible full time schedule is required as is the willingness and ability to work some evenings and most Saturdays
- Excellent written & verbal command of the English language
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through

- Outgoing, inspirational and influential personality
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Past successful experience in commission sales
- Desire to make a lot of money
