"I am writing this letter to inform you of the pleasure it is to do business with your company.  I had Gutter Helmet installed on my home in Howell about 5 years ago. My Gutter Helmets worked well except for a couple of areas where the water came down with such great force that it overran the gutter.

You had sent out some repairmen previously to fix the problem but it never totally fixed the leaks.  I figured this was just something that I would have to live with.

I recently phoned your company to find out if there was any new procedure that had been developed to fix my problem.  If there were I would be willing to pay extra to have it repaired.

You sent out another service man to investigate my problem and he not only identified the problem but adjusted the gutters to where they now work perfectly!
